Segway kiosk rental rates are $50* an hour, per unit with a two-hour minimum. Day rates are available for $200 per unit with a 5-hour rental. Our rates are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and do not include the cost to produce or print your kiosk artwork.
Due to the uniqueness of each marketing campaign costs vary. If you would like to receive a Proposal of Costs (POC) submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) and one of our marketing representatives will contact you.

Bookings MUST be made two weeks in advance to ensure Segway kiosk availability. All rentals require a 50% deposit to secure and guarantee event dates along with a signed rental agreement and proof of insurance.
Our certified Segway-trained operators* cost $25 an hour (with a two-hour minimum). Professional models are available. Prices vary based on your request. All our Segway operators are courteous, reliable, and friendly. Segway kiosk will engage your target audience ensuring high brand visibility through personal interaction.
Each event is provided with an on-site Segway Manager. The purpose of our manager is to oversee the event by providing additional assistance with Segway operators and to answer Segway questions, as well as manage operator schedules and ensure proper usage of the Segway for a safe and successful event.
Our graphic designers will help assist you with your kiosk graphics at a rate of $65 an hour. Clients are responsible for providing hi-resolution artwork for the kiosk graphics.
Segway Santa Cruz is responsible for all Segway kiosk transportation at a rate of $40 per day for delivery and pick up from your event in the greater Santa Cruz area.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all permissions, permits and licensing for Segway kiosk usage. A Segway Santa Cruz representative can assist you with the required contact information.
